Just the Verses publishes one page per Bible topic. Each page lists the verses that the OpenBible.info community has voted for that topic, together with their literal text, the verses that come immediately before and after, the original-language words behind them, where the topic appears across the books of the Bible, and other topics that share verses with it.

This site does not interpret the Bible. It carries no commentary, no summaries, no devotionals and no doctrinal statements. Every line of Scripture on this site is quoted literally, and every figure is a count that anyone can verify against the sources listed on the Attributions page.

Which verses belong to a topic is not decided here. The ranking comes from the votes of the OpenBible.info community, and the topics themselves come from their published topic data. Where a topic has more voted verses than the page lists, the first line of that page states the full number, so nothing is trimmed silently.

Bible text is shown in the Berean Standard Bible by default, with the King James Version and the World English Bible available alongside it. Sources and licences are listed on the Attributions page.

Topics are published in batches, and the site is rebuilt from updated source data rather than edited by hand.
